Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to your use of the RIT, Results & Integration Tracker (the "App") provided by Paul Kiss Consulting ("PKC", "we", "us").

1. Your account

You create an account with your email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you sign up a team, you become the HR manager for that company account and can invite your team members.

2. Your assessment data

Your answers and results are private to you. PKC staff and administrators can also read them. Your team manager can only see aggregate, group-level results, never your individual answers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App honestly and not to misuse it. Do not share your account, attempt to access other people's data, or disrupt the service.

4. Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue the App. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
