Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how Paul Kiss Consulting ("PKC", "we") collects, uses and protects your information in the RIT, Results & Integration Tracker (the "App").
Information we collect
When you sign up we collect your first name, last name, email, phone (if you provide it), and your opt-in choices for Paul's newsletter and SMS updates. When you take an assessment we store your answers and scores.
How we use it
- To run your account and the assessment program.
- To show you your own results and growth over time.
- For team accounts, to show HR managers aggregate, group-level scores only, never individual answers.
- To send you the newsletter or SMS only if you opted in.
Who can see your data
Your individual answers and scores are private to you plus PKC staff and administrators. Your team manager cannot read your individual answers or individual scores. Aggregates are only shown for categories and phases with at least three respondents.
Your choices
You can change your newsletter and SMS opt-ins anytime in your profile. You can request deletion of your account by contacting PKC.
